Contact a Client Solutions Center by visiting, calling, or emailing via Online Banking with the date, dollar amount, merchant name, and transaction type (check/ACH or debit card). A Client Solutions Specialist will follow up with further updates.

Any client who can provide a valid primary form of ID can be an owner of an account; however at least one owner must be 18 years or older.

Custodial accounts can be opened if the custodian is 18 years or older and provides a valid primary form of ID.

Clients must endorse checks deposited via mobile deposit with the following special endorsement: “For Mobile Deposit Only at LINKBANK.” We reserve the right to reject a check if it is not properly endorsed.

The Card Fraud Center is acting on our behalf. The Card Fraud Center helps identify fraud as it occurs and attempts to prevent future attacks before they happen. If fraud is suspected, transactions are declined at the point of authorization in an effort to protect loss. The Fraud Center will attempt to text, email or call the card holder within minutes of the transaction in order to validate authenticity of the authorization.
